Hi, I’m Kayla — founder of Safe Beginnings RN, a registered nurse, CPR Instructor, and Child Care Health Consultant passionate about helping families feel confident, prepared, and empowered when it comes to caring for their children.

With a background in pediatric care, clinical nursing, and healthcare education, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when parents are expected to know what to do in emergencies, illnesses, or everyday health situations without clear guidance.

As both a nurse and a mom, I understand the worries that come with raising children. Through Safe Beginnings, I provide trusted, evidence-based education in CPR, child safety, wellness, and emergency preparedness for families, schools, childcare providers, and communities.

I believe education saves lives, confidence changes outcomes, and every family deserves to feel prepared.
